Part Used: Whole plant 
Uses: Antimalarial, antistress, antiallergic, anti diabetic, heart ailments, headache, fever, cholera, cough






14) Plumbago zeylanica
Family: Plumbaginaceae
Common Name: Leadwort (Chitrak)
Part Used: Root bark 
Uses: Indigestion, piles, cough, cold, intestinal worm infestation, skin diseases



15) Mentha arvensis
Family: Lamiaceae
Common Name: Mint (pudina)
Part Used: Whole plant 
Uses: Treating headaches, rhinitis, cough sore throat, vomiting, sinus, congestion, gastric, hiccups. 






16) Withania somnifera
Family: Solanaceae
Common Name: Winter Cherry (Ashwaganda)
Part Used: Root & Berry
Uses: Increases hemoglobin (red blood count) and hair melanin.It stabilizes blood sugar and lowers cholesterol.




17) Tinospora cordifolia
Family: Menispermaceae 
Common Name:  Heart-leaved Moonseed (Madhuparni/Guduchi)
Part Used: Stem and leaves 
Uses: Fever, jaundice, skin diseases, constipation, tuberculosis, and leprosy




18) Rubia cordifolia
Family: Rubiaceae
Common Name: Indian Madder (Manjistha)
Part Used: Root and fruit
Uses: blood purifier and anti-diarrhoeal, appetizer, digestant, wounds and ulcers dressing, loss of appetite, dyspepsia, worm infestations, cleanse and regulate liver, spleen, pancreas, and kidneys
